A Summer Weather Pantoum

A pantoum is when the 2nd and 4th lines of the first verse  become the 1st and 3rd lines of the next verse and so it goes to the end of the poem.
 Summer Weather Pantoum
Hot winds blow sand across the beach,
on roof tops cats scratch itchy fleas.
Dogs pant when water’s out of reach,
sun scorched flowers shelter tired bees.

On roof tops cats scratch itchy fleas.
Roads near and far melt in the heat
Sun scorched flowers shelter tired bees,
while cricketers seek shady seats.

Roads near and far melt in the heat,
Ice creams dribble down wafer cones,
while cricketers seek shady seats
fans whirl, stir cool air in pool zones

Ice creams dribble down wafer cones.
Dogs pant when water’s out of reach,
Fans whirl, stir cool air in pool zones,
Hot winds blow sand across the beach.
